Grill Manager is a check tool and a backup one as well. With the Grill Manager interface there can be listed the commercials schedule for one specific day if it is scheduled. In this way the DJ gets also in written the commercials scheduled (the commercial brake time and its contents) which will be loaded automatically anyway.

In this way it is avoided the situation in which some DJ sustains that the commercial was not scheduled or that they did not know the length of the commercial brake to synchronize it...

The work with the interface is very simple:

1.

Select the date for which the report/backup is done > Date.

2.

Choose the Execute option.

3.

If you want to save it, choose Save to File.

4.

Make Backup saves the table in which the events were programmed in the directory Backup Zone\EventBackUP on the MAINSERVER.

Note:

If the backup is successfully done there will be displayed a message that confirms it.

Renaming the backup file in EventList5.db and the overwriting in c:\Studio II\programs\Database\ the existing file does the restoring from the backup.

The cases, in which errors can appear that can lead to partial damage to the event table EventList5, are due to the local area network work and the database connection instability. In high speed local area networks with network cards at 100, UTP and high performance hubs, this unwanted events are not happening.
