Database Integrity Test > The interface compares the information from the database with the audio files on the MAINSERVER HDD. |
There have been implemented song and AllOthers (commercials, promo, jingles, effects etc.) separate search mechanisms. It is verified that all recordings from the database have their correspondent on the MAINSERVERs HDD (database image) and the inverted operation, if all audio files on the HDD has its reflection in the database (disk image). Auto Repair > This option is selected if you want the system to automatically resolve the problems occurred at the Database Image test. In this case, all the database recordings that have no correspondent on the HDD will be automatically erased. |

Full BackUp >This button saves all tables from Mainserver
database into BackUpZone directory For example, the information from the below directory: \\BackUpZone\AUSMap\ 16_07_2001_16_10_16 represents the AUSMap table backup, made at 07.16.2001, time 16:10:16. |
Note: |
If a table is destroyed it can be restored by copying from the backup zone its last backup. The info found in the backup zone will overwrite the information found in c:\studio II\Programs\database. To avoid loosing important data create full backup once
a week and after each major change of data. |
