As you can see in the graphical user interface (GUI) you can set the system functioning mode on one of the following: Playlist Generator, Animator or Live. Each controls the programmed events broadcast through the AsisT operator. Playlist Generator > does the automatic choosing of the broadcast Playlist based on the choices specified in the playlist generator schemes from Programs Map Editor. The audio recordings mixing from the current playlist is done automatic, and the programmed spots or events will be broadcasted by priority and depends on the state of the AsisT operator. The AsisT operator will always keep full the first four-playlist position. |

AsisT > Controls the events broadcast. The events can be programmed in FORCE IN mode (the broadcast time is strictly respected) or in AFTER mode (goes live after the audio recording that is playing). If AsisT is activated the event (commercial, promo or satellite connection) will not go live untill you deactivate the AsisT option Automatic > has a work mode close to the Playlist Generator, but the system will not fill the empty spaces in the playlist (will not generate automatic playlist). The mixing and work options are the same as in Playlist Generator. Live > allows the use of the broadcast interface like a simple mp3 player. In this mode there will not be any playlist generators and the music is not mixed. The AsisT operator is working over the Live option. Network and Palette > allows the access to the control interfaces of the DJ functions for the satellite receiver audio lines and for the jingles palette (defined in the Music Box Editor). Hot Information > is a memo panel with various information. Here you can read the loaded audio recording info (mouse click on the playlist position label) and the rotation criteria for the Playlist Generator mechanism. |
