The installation can only be done after fulfilling the requirements written in Hardware&OS Settings

The Professional Studio XP-I Package runs on more then one computer in the local area network (LAN). At the installation time you will have the MAINSERVER system (which often is the broadcast system), and the STATION systems kit. The mainserver kit installs the database and contains the initialization mechanisms of the communication sockets. The STATION kit installs applications that will run in great percent with the MAINSERVER data.

Installation steps:

1.

Run setup.exe from the installation kit. The software is automatically installed on c:\Studio II. If you have another version installed, the installation kit will copy only the newer files. It will not copy files that exist in the old version.

2.

Run setup.exe from c:\Studio II\DataAdministrator\, to install the database driver

3.

Run the application c:\Studio II\animator\animator.exe to finish the installation procedure.
