Reinstalling the applications
If the reinstalling of Commercial Manager is required,the backup of the databases is a must. It can be found in the C:\CommercialsManager\Database directory. This will save you from loosing all your data. Also, before reinstalling, the C:\CommercialsManager\License.lns file must be saved in order to save the license data. After reinstalling, the database and the license file must be recopied in their initial directories.
