Commercials Manager was designed for the management of publicity campaigns taking place at television or radio stations. It is very useful at placing the commercials in commercials packages, at calculating the cost of a publicity campaign, monthly or on longer periods sale reports, cost estimating etc. The software was created on a modular structure, composed from six base sections, with dedicated functions for every aspect of a publicity campaign.

The Commercials Manager modules are:
1.  Partners - saves your sales contacts and the companies they represents.
2.  Campaigns - Allows the publicity campaigns definitions and the grouping of commercials in commercials breaks.
3.  Reports - creates a large number of reports, starting with the classic daily publicity schedule, the broadcast media-plan for a client and ending with cost estimations judging by the number of commercials in one break.
4.  Settings - a module dedicated to configuration setting. In this module the commercials are grouped in classes, the taxes that must be taken in consideration in an efficient cost estimation, the breaks jingles and the password for using the Commercials Manager are set.
5.  5. Offer - dedicated to the "big picture". The broadcast hours, the cost variation by hour, the discounts by commercial's length, the volume discounts are set here.
